At Marko Careers, we are committed to providing professional overseas education, admissions, visa guidance, and related consultancy services. By engaging our services and making payment, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Service Fees

All fees paid to Marko Careers are for professional consultancy, counseling, documentation support, application processing assistance, visa guidance, and related services.

Service fees are charged for the time, expertise, and resources invested in assisting students and are not dependent upon admission, visa approval, scholarship award, or any other third-party decision.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are strictly non-refundable:

• Registration fees
• Counseling fees
• Profile assessment fees
• Documentation and application processing fees
• University application fees paid to institutions
• Courier charges
• Translation or evaluation charges
• Visa processing assistance fees
• Any third-party charges already incurred

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment made for a service that has not yet commenced.
• Cancellation approved by Marko Careers before work has started.

Any approved refund shall be processed after deducting applicable administrative, payment gateway, and processing charges.

4. No Guarantee of Admission or Visa

Marko Careers provides guidance and support services only. Admission decisions are made solely by universities and educational institutions, while visa decisions are made solely by the respective immigration authorities.

Therefore, no refund shall be provided if:

• Admission is denied by a university or institution.
• A scholarship is not awarded.
• A visa application is refused, delayed, or rejected.
• The student fails to meet admission or visa requirements.
• The student voluntarily withdraws from the process.

5. Student-Initiated Cancellation

If a student decides to discontinue the process after services have commenced, no refund shall be payable for services already rendered.

Any remaining refundable amount, if applicable, will be determined solely by Marko Careers after reviewing the stage of processing completed.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 15 to 30 business days from the date of approval and credited through the original mode of payment wherever possible.

7. Third-Party Payments

Payments made directly to universities, colleges, embassies, testing agencies, courier companies, or any third-party service providers are subject to the refund policies of those respective organizations.

Marko Careers shall not be responsible for refunds relating to such third-party payments.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances shall be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The decision of Marko Careers shall be final and binding.
